Joni earned her bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Missouri in 1986. She moved to North Little Rock in 1992 and worked for the Arkansas Democrat Gazette and WEHCO for 27 years as the Customer Service Manager.

Joni enjoys working at the Nash Law Firm because of the personal contact with the clients as well as her great coworkers. In her free time Joni enjoys gardening, boating on the Arkansas River and walking her dog Rita.
