Kacey Ziegler is an Associate Attorney with the Nash Law Firm of Maumelle. Kacey’s practice focuses on estate planning, elder law, real estate, contracts, and small businesses. She is dedicated to the protection of her clients’ rights, property, and interests. Kacey joined the firm after serving as the Chief Investigator for the Arkansas Fair Housing Commission and over six years of experience with Lenders’ Title Company.
Kacey earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas William H. Bowen School of Law and has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Political Science from the University of Central Arkansas. While attending law school, Kacey was a 3L law clerk for Honorable Justice Annabelle Imber Tuck at the Arkansas Supreme Court.
Kacey serves on the Board of Directors of the Arkansas Hospice Foundation and the Maumelle Area Chamber of Commerce. She is a member of the Junior League of Little Rock and is the acting Chair of the Nonprofit Center.
Kacey grew up in Maumelle and continues to call it home with her two children, Andrew and Gracyn.
