Roger Harrod is “Of Counsel” with the Nash Law Firm of Maumelle.  Roger’s practice is primarily related to Wills, Trusts and Guardianships, but he also does some Family Law.

Roger was a regular army infantry officer, and served in Vietnam as a platoon leader and as an advisor to the South Vietnamese Army.  Upon discharge from the army in December, 1970, he enrolled in U of A Law School, and received his Juris Doctor in December of 1973.  He has been a licensed attorney since the Spring of 1974.  Prior to joining the Nash Firm, he served as a Deputy Prosecutor for Clark County; Vice President for Ouachita Baptist University; Sr. V.P. for TCBY; Chief legal Counsel for the Arkansas Department of Workforce Services; Special Chief Justice of the Arkansas Supreme Court; and District Judge for Maumelle. 

Roger is active in the Maumelle Lions Club.  He and his wife, Libby, are active members of First Baptist Church of Maumelle, AR.  They have three grown sons and 8 grandchildren. | 501.851.0040
