Kacey Ziegler is excited to join the Nash Law Firm as an associate attorney. Kacey’s practice focuses primarily on estate planning, elder law, and real estate transactions. She is dedicated to the protection of her clients’ rights, property, and interests.
As well as a practicing attorney, Kacey has professional experience in real estate and housing discrimination law. She served as the Chief Investigator for the Arkansas Fair Housing Commission and was an escrow officer at Lenders’ Title Company for over six years.
Kacey earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas William H. Bowen School of Law and has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Political Science from the University of Central Arkansas. While attending law school, Kacey was a 3L law clerk for Honorable Justice Annabelle Imber Tuck at the Arkansas Supreme Court.
Kacey and her husband grew up in Maumelle and continue to call it home with their two children and two dogs. Kacey enjoys volunteering in the community and is an active member of the Junior League of Little Rock.
